 We enclose to you a brief glance about our works executed by our staff through direct implementing the works or participated to completion them, including the most important executed projects and the available technical assistance that reflects our fields of work and experience. Since our inception in 2013 as employees in many industrial companies in and out of IRAQ and due to the expanding range of work at the mid of the new millennium, the engineers staff was born.

Our staff are interested in design, construction, installation, rehabilitation and management of thefollowing:

1- design, manufacturing, install used oil treatment equipment’s.

2- supply all equipment’s for oil and gas field.

3- design, manufacturing, install (crude oil distillation tower, boilers, heat exchangers, refinery equipment’s, water and fuel oil tanks) 

4- flashing, bleaching, remove odor for used oil.

5- General mechanical works,Piping system, steel structure (design, simulation, manufacturing and installation)

6-  design, manufacturing, install all friendly environment equipment’s are used in brick factories  .

7- Mechanical design according to mechanical standards (ASME, DIN, TEMA, API)..etc.

Using many engineering soft wear for design, drawing, simulation, analysis like  (Auto Cad 2D-3D, Solidworks) etc.

Our engineering team specialized in

• Used oil treatment:In this field we are start from the designaccording the requirements and manufacturing the equipment’sofmany kinds of treatment and reused oil. We have ability to convert the used oil to base oil by using chemical and mechanical procedure.
• Oil refinery equipment’s:In this field, we are start from the design according to ASME code and test these items by simulate in Solidworks program before manufacturing in high equality and choosing the proper materials.
• Tanks production:In this field we are start from the design according to (API 650) and select the material according the code, fabricate, assembly by using a technical procedure toallproducts, and we have a specialize team for installation.

We are producing (horizontal and vertical) tanks of different purpose and capacity.

• From (1m³-100m³) for horizontal storage tanks water, fluids and oil derivatives.
• From (1m³-10.000m³) for vertical storage tanks water, fluids and oil derivatives.
• Fuel tanks above ground double wall (double jacket).
• Fuel tanks underground that designed to burial underground.
• double cylinder tanks (cylinder inside the cylinder)
• Double tanks inside the cylinder (cubic and Parallelogram)shape.

• High-pressure vessels gas and liquid production: In this field, we are start from the design according to (ASME VIII Div. 1) CODE for manufacturing of (LPG semi-trailer) (LPG storage tank) horizontal type with different required capacities.

• Steel structures production: In this field we are start from the design by using (SOLIDWORKS) program and analysis the steel structure, drawing all assembly and workshop drawing with all details,we can make a modification to the products at any step by using the program after finalize everything we produce according to the date that we have from program. We produce a various of steel structures according to the requirements of our customers.

• Friendly environment systems are used in brick factories.In this field we are start from the design by using (SOLIDWORKS) program and analysis the design of equipment’s by flow simulations, drawing all assembly and workshop drawing with all details, we can make a modification to the products at any step by using the program after finalize everything we produce according to the date that we have from program
